Accomodation - Kelompok Cendikiawan

Others accomodation that provide to students in Uniten is Kelompok Cendikiawan . Kelompok Cendikiawan is a place specifically for male students who takes degree . They consists of 3 blocks C1 , C2 ,  and C3, and is 10-stories high . In one unit , they has one kitchen , two long desk , plug for wirelan , sofa , shoe racks and four single-bedroom so the students can have their own privacy . Each bedroom has one cupboard , whiteboard , mirror and one single-bed . The bathroom separated in two section 1 toilets and 1 shower.

furthermore , they also provided a facilities such as kiosk , laundry and burger stall and the apartment are really close to swimming pool , tennis court , futsal court , basketball court , mini stadium , jamming room , gymnasium and Dewan Seri Saujana (DSS) . So the facilities in Kelompok Cendikiwan are really complete enough even the rental rate is lilttle bit expensive but its still worth it .

Facilities - Jamming Room

One of my favourite facilities in UNITEN is jamming room . Why I said so because I personally love to play musical instruments . I never thought that uniten have a studio to jamm and I'm really grateful .


My first jamming session using this facilities , make me satisfy because they have a good brand of instrument , produce a good sound and better performance .They also have a complete set of instrument and percussion . which are set of drum , guitars , bass , keyboard , tabla , microphone , amplifier , guitar's gadget , cable jack , tamborine and many more .

In addition , the price to jam in this room is just only Rm20 for two hours . For your information , this is the cheapest jamming studio that I've been campared to others studio out there .

To book this room you must follow a few procedure :
1.Check for availability of items/rooms at USK counter
2.Make official application using forms available at USK counter
3.Get approval from Cultural Officer
4.For Jamming room or any rental items, make payment and keep official receipt for reference
5.Care of facilities or rental items used
6.Be responsible for any damages or loss

Information System

The Information Systems department has set its goal to be nationally
recognised in providing excellent education, innovative research and quality
consultancy. There is currently an urgent need in our society for graduates
with education and experience in Information Systems and opportunities for
professionals trained in state-of-the-art information technology. The
Information Systems department aims to be foremost in the country to produce
graduates with formal preparation in information systems through our
combination of theory, practice and educational programmes. This is
evidenced through our strong relationships with the practitioner community
such as Oracle, SAP and Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
We offer depth and breadth through educational programmes at bachelors,
masters and doctoral levels, and conduct collaborative research and
consultancy partnerships that spans technical, organisational, social and
user aspects of ICT. The department is continuously active in developing
synergistic relationships with industry to develop and advance research in
information technology and its application.
